How to Track Your Order
- Check your inbox for a dispatch confirmation email from ZentoSA
- Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number
- Visit the courier's tracking page and enter your tracking number
Haven't Received a Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are sent once your order has been packed and collected by our courier. This typically happens within 1β2 business days of your order being placed.
If it has been more than 2 business days and you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
